.Between 3rd and 8th March, 3 farms in and around the Haselbury Plucknett area were burgled and items including Horse tack and chain saws were stolen.   A trailer containing a distinctive tarmac roller was stolen from West Chinnock.   An observant resident also reported a black Astra hatchback acting suspiciously in West Chinnock during daytime hours on 5th March.
